Low gloss

I am building a Corvette GS replica. My plans are to paint the exterior a low gloss black with gloss black stripes. I dont want flat black but a low gloss. Any recommendations on what type to use? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would use a flattener added to the last coat of clear, this will allow you to play with some test panels and get the amount of gloss you want, and you can also wet sand the previous coat of clear and get a slick peel free finish. Im shooting my LaSalle in low gloss metallic gray and black two tone. after checking into this subject I went with SPI clear and flattening agent.
