low oil pressure on new rebuild

OK,pulled the pan & pump & sent it to EGGE. Got it back,they had to make a new bottom plate for it and a new spring. Put it all back together and have 20 at idle (in gear) 35 at idle in neutral and 45-50 going down the road-----It was chilly for a roadster today,only drove about 5 miles so might be a little less in summer? used Brad-Penn 10w40 oil
