Actually, for an antiquated design the old Edelbrock dual-quad outfit works well. It is very streetable with it's small 500 CFM carbs and progressive linkage. Generally speaking, look for a maximum RPM range of 6500 RPM or so. Power output can come fairly close to a modern single four barrel and modern intake. The dual quad intake with low profile is very hairy looking and wins hands down in the appearance category.

Many years ago I had a 58 Vette with a dual quad manifold and 2 wcfb carbs. was really nice. ran as good as a single quad. later on I changed the manifold from stock to a Weiand and 2 AFB's, still was very streetable. I would consider it today......GlennK
