A truck shop would be the best bet for the beams.. Usually get about 3" out of an axle flip, if the hangers on the rear bolt or rivit on, you can flip them upside down and from side to side, and you will get another 2", but your not going to get 4" on the front from cutting a coil or 2 and adjusting the beams
