Lowering the '39

Ok, I am doing airbags on the rear so I am trying to get the car as low as possible. I have pulled 4 of the 8 leafs out of the rear, and added a 2" lowering block.....With the low profile tires on the rear (will be moving up to an adult tire ) my running board is still 10" from the ground at the rear.

Can anyone suggest who to get the rear lower in the rear?

I have a pic of the stance right now on my projects page.

What are you using for springs? I used 58 chev pick up springs in my 33 chevy dearched them and did not use any lowering blocks, bottom of running board was 8 inches off ground. Rick

Ok I got it all worked out. I am using the original springs the rear of the car is now 5" off the ground with 4 leafs + 2" blocks. I figure the weight from all the stuff going back together will bring it all down, and the bags will keep it where I want it for cruising.
