Lowering a Chevy Truck

Just bought a 1984 1/2 Chevy Silverado truck. It has either 4 or 5 leaf springs in the rear (can't remember which). I want to lower the rear end about 2-3". What would you guys suggest as the most efficient and cost effective way to get this done? If you need any more information, please let me know. Thanks.

2" drop shackles are available---somewhere.

You will have to trim a bed floor brace for some clearance, but this is the easiest, and fastest way to level the truck out.
