Question LS-1 In Total Cost involved Front clip.

Does any one out there Know if an LS-1 will bolt into a frame which was designed for a smll block chevy? That is, without modifing it. I have all ready had it powder coated and I Don't want to mess up my finish.

not sure if this will help, but in the newest sur\per chevy thay put a LS1 (well an LS6, but same same) into a '70 chevelle withoout doing anything to the frame, but they did make custom motor mounts.
