Hey, I dont know how many of the people on this site run ls engines but I can tell you nation wide there are a lot. We have installed dozens of ls1, ls6 and ls2 engines for people all over the country, from California to New York. most of these installs were in street rods. Also I think out of all the late model EFI packages we install, the ls engines are the most simple, and the biggest bang for the buck out there. By the way our shop car is a 1931 chevy all steel coupe that we drag race. powered by a ls6 with a tourbo 350 behind it, of course it's far frome stock but we love it and it earns a lot of respect from the carbourated folks.
