LS1 heads on older 350-OK?

Hi guys. Back again for more advice.

I had Vortec heads for my 350 but they were cracked and am now looking for new heads.

I found some new take off heads, including valves, springs, etc. from an LS1. Looks like the casting number is 11713797 (not sure).

The information given to me is that they have a 65cc chamber and the intake runners are 204cc.

Question #1 Are these good heads for street performance?

Question #2 What needs to be changed to run these on an older 350? Things such as cam, rocker arms, push rods, etc.

Question #3 Does the aluminum construction give problems with threads pulling out?

Question #4 Is $400 a reasonable price?

Thank you for your time.
