LT1 code 11

I put a 94 LT1 in my 51 Pontiac. I'm fighting with a code 11 (CEL circuit) I used an LED for the CEL then I added a relay across the circuit thinking that the PCM wasn't seeing enough voltage drop across the LED. I'm still getting a code 11 which stops closed loop.
My tuner program doesn't give me the option of disabling this code. Any suggestions?

problem solved

Got no replies on this one. I did some more diagnostics and found no power on the CEL circuit at the PCM. Double checked the wiring diagram and low and behold, I tapped into the wrong wire in the harness. All is good, it goes into closed loop and makes great power! Special thanks to Tuner Cat for their help and a great tuning program!!
