I had a similar problem with a Corvette that I had. Would cold start fine, but when got warm ran awful. What I found was the wire to the temp sensor on the front of the water pump loose. This sensor tells the computer that the engine is warm and does not need to be rich. Kind of like a choke but gives motor more fuel instead of choking air.
