LT1 T-56 6 speed conversion to a SBC

Hi,
I have gotten hold of a modified LT1 T-56 transmission. It has had the clutch fork replaced with an internal hydraulic throw out bearing like in the LS1 T-56's. (I have added a couple of photos)

My question is regarding the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel requirements for this set up.

Will an LS1 clutch and pressure plate matched to my original 168t flywheel work or do I need to look at a different combination.

I have an LS1 clutch and pressure plate and they seem to clear the internals of the bellhousing ok.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers Mark

I need to alter my above post. It hasn't got a throw out bearing but a modified internal concentric slave cylinder. They modified this to make it an internal one by welding and tapping a thread to the gearbox to mount the slave cylinder. The outer dimension of the slave clylinder matches that of an LS1 however the input shaft is still the same.
