Angry LT4 Starting Trouble

Hi. I'm looking for some ideas to help me troubleshoot my engine problem. I put a 1996 lt4 350 engine in a 1995 camaro. I have a newly rebuilt 4315 carb (600cfm), dual plane intake, roller hydraulic lifters, 1.6 roller rockers, full length headers, aftermarket dis, and a holley blue fuel pump. The engine was running ok (not perfectly) when I first put this carb on. Then I parked it for about 2 weeks. Now I can not get it started again. It is firing, and all of my header primaries are getting hot, but it will not start up. So then I rebuilt the carb, and added a holley blue fuel pump. I did encounter a lot of fuel in my oil, about a quart, which is prolly a result of either a leaky carb or running the carb on an efi fuel pump or both. But it doesn't seem that fuel in my oil would stop the engine from starting. As of this post, I have not replaced the oil yet. I'm waiting to find out if I am going to have to perform surgery. Any comments or suggestions are welcomed. Thanks
