Lunati Cam 00010LK vs Comp Cam CL12-242-2

New Guy,
I am putting together a 388 Short Block. I have PC heads, EB Performer RPM intake, a 2500 B&M stall converter and other little parts. I am looking for a good cam for my outfit and I was looking online and came across the Lunati Cam 00010LK and Comp Cam CL12-242-2. I am trying to do this on a budget plus make good power and sound in what is going to be a street car/daily driver if I choose to. I have read and heard good things about both. Can someone help a brother out.

I`d use the Lunati as I perfer single pattern cams. If you have headers and a free flowing exhaust the cam should suit your needs IMO.

Just my two cents, the Lunati is an outstanding cam that gets the ears . I would buy these for any cars I would be building . Been running one for 5 years ..

If I were race only then Iskdy / Crane or Crower have good histories .

Comp to me is kind of like so cal chrome products .. ok works for awhile but not great.. I like great ...
