the best build for that setup would be the biggest displacement small block you can afford.

a stroker crank would be a good idea, truck is a little heavy for 350 ci. 383 or larger, (401) can be built with your 350 block. the heads and cam match up well if your looking to make good power. 3000 stall is minimum to enjoy the cam and head combo, i would go 3500 stall. you will need some gear, 3.73 or higher, especially if you have 28inch or taller tires. unless you lighten the truck to about 3300lbs, going with a 350 will require 4.10 or higher gears, and minimum 3500 stall. each combo should be built to achieve around 10 to 1 compression.

This cam calls for a minimum 10.5:1 campression, 3500 stall and a 4.11 gear ratio. a 4.10 would be close enough. But I wouldn't go with a 3.73.
And deff go with the biggest displacement possible. If money isnt that much of a problem Have you considered just geting a 400 block?? You wouldn't be spending that much more money and you will get a whole lot more cubes... Remember theres no replacement for displacement!
