i just parted out a 76 camaro with a 350 and a four speed. did they put the m-22 in the 76 camaro, any hepl on id what i have would be great, ill get the nnumbers off it soon
I thought 76 was Super T-10.....anyway
pop the side cover and check the gear angle..
M-20, m-21 45 degrees
m-22 is 22.5 degrees....
remember around 1970 every muncie went to fine spline, large output shaft
if that is the origianl tranny it is definately a Super T-10. The best way to see if it is, look at the pass. side of the case and it will say W.G. Div. for Warner Gear...
Count the bolts on the side cover....
Muncie is 7
S. T-10 is 9
