My M-ll IFS with a power rack front steer which sits close to the front rail at an angle that makes the U-joint coupler rub the rail. Will a rag joint work better?

I think a rag joint has a larger diameter than a Borgenson "U" joint does so that probably won't work. You might try loosening the bolts on the rack and see if you can adjust it a little to the passenger's side and if not then I would grind the frame rail so the "U" joint clears.
Thanks Centerline, I'll try that tomorrow and see if it helps.
