m22 rockrusher

I have a muncie m 22 trans is the a way to tell what year it is or is there a web site that i can run the numbers on? I know its a close ratio inch and one eight for the clutch side and fine spline for the out put. my Friend father bought it from Chevrolet put 200 miles on it sold the truck pulled it and set it in the garage in a plastic bag. we were trying to find out what its worth

Here is the info you need. If it is indeed an M22 and you can prove it, it is worth anywhere from $500 to around $1200 depending on the condition.

thanks for the info. according to the web site you gave me its a 1968 to 1970 m22. also never noticed the front bearing cover is stamped GM22

Just did a quick search of Ebay and there are about four or five M22's and they are around $1500 to $1700.

Aso found a 69 Z28 project car that is a total rust bucket, needs a whole floor pan plus every body panel on it needs replacing and the bids were up to $11,000.

according to the #'s p9m23c its was made august 23 1969 and it is an m22
