No one can tell you except your machinist. Find a good shop with a good rep and let them guide you on what you need. They will need to ck the block for cracks, ck the heads for cracks, mic the bores and crank and look over all the critical parts. Then they can give you their professional opinion on what is needed. Explain to them what you want it to be/do when it's all done. IE: driver, go a little faster driver, driver/strip racer, all out go fastest! What they do will depend largely on what you want it to end up being.
