Ask for the specs on the Ford drums. What is the new drum spec and what the max wear spec. Then transfer that info to your Buick drum if you can. Then you'll have to get the drum drilled for the lug bolts.

Buick finned 12" Aluminum drums go all the way back to 1958. The brake surface is 2 1/2"wide X 12" large 5 on 5" bolt patern with a maximum machined diamater of 12.100". Buick also has a 9.5" drum, 5 on 4 3/4" bolt patern x 2" wide drum. You can look for drums on 1958 -1970 Buicks. Look for the 225 Electras in the junk yard for the 12" drums and the A-body's for the 9.5" drums. Happy hunting. I love this hobby!
