I have the Magnaflows on my truck. Mine are the straight through steel mesh packed kind. Love em!! Smooth and deep, not that rap rap deafening noise from my sons POS Flowmasters. Got a great deal on them a www.ajusa.com. Free shipping too!

These were the ones I got.

They are huge and weigh a ton! but sound great. My '86 truck has factory duals and i'm thinking about changing out the stock mufflers to the big 30" long round ones.

erythnul,

Mine are the straight through as well (polished even ). Duel with dumps just in front of the rear axle. Dont know the part number.

Just as Jmark stated: Smooth and deep.

I get a lot of drone. Mostly this has to do with the exhaust dumping under the car.

My dad's friend has a '86 Trans-Am and it has stock mufflers on it but I LOVE the low drone/rumble you get at 1000RPM's cruising down the street! It's AWESOME!
