Hi, I'm Mahrkeau (Thats My Nickname). I Am A Serious CHEVY Guy. Having Worked In Automotive Machine Shops, I Have Worked On 'Em All. Drove'Em, Built 'Em, But I Always Have A CHEVY Parked In My Yard. (Five To Be Exact, A '77 C-10, A Rare '78 2WD K5 Blazer[For Sale], '80 C-10, '83 K-10, '84 C-10, Also A '95 Wrangler.) Are There Any Restorers In The Group? I Have A Few Goodies For Sale-Complete '75 VEGA GT Engine, Complete '65 283, '65 396 Shortblock With Steel Crank, '81 2.5 CHEVY With Smallblock Style Bellhousing Pattern, Lots Of CHEVY Inline Six Stuff, Plus '71 340 Bare Block (Chrysler) And '77 360 Short Block (Chrysler). Five CHEVIES And One JEEP In The Yard And All I Can Think About Is A Joe Gibbs Silverado, A Colorado Street Pak With 5/5, 5.3 Powered Impala SS [Wish They Made 'Em With A Stick!], Everytime I Walk By That Granny Low 4-Speed Laying In My Screen Room I Wanna Build Up A 3/4 Ton With A 6.2, Or 6.5 SUPERCHARGED! Yes I Love Different Stuff, Challenges If You Will. Indeed, The K-10 Has A 400 Scat Crank/ARP Equipped 400 Rods/In A .040 Over 267 Block. Some Said It Couldn't Be Done! Well, That 295 Incher Gives That 12" Centerforce II A Job To Do .4-Speed W/ OD 4th/3.42's F&R, Factory Bronze Paint, Never Had A Lift Kit. As I Said-I Gets In The Blood! Thanks, MAHRKEAU

Welcome. It does sound like you don't go with the crowd. I like that. I never owned an early Ford rod and never owned a rod with a SBC engine. Never will either!
