Diggin up an old post...

Since i posted this last, we used regular PVC pipe cement to laminate a PVC pipe to the plastic sheeting for a cool speaker mount, which then got fiberglassed. And the stuff works wonders with the plastic sheeting. The cement is good for a cheap buzz too.

I appreciate the craftmanship that went into that door panel, but that has to be the UGLIEST design that I have ever seen.

Hey kriscustoms

How hard would it be to incorporated part of the Jag logo into the door panel as a raised design? I was thinking it would look kinda cool with the doors open
Regards
Mark

Thanks Alan,
Yep that's it Kris, Since I have fairly large doors I thought that would be very cool on the door panels.

That wouldnt be too hard. The black areas in the picture would be cut out in foam, so the jaguar would be "raised." Would take a skillful hand to work the material into the design without getting any wrinkles, but would be pretty cool.

Actually I was thinking the reverse. The black areas would be raised and the rest flat. Would that make it easier?

Regards
Mark

OK If I sent you the old panels for templates how much would you charge?
