Making my 63 GT Hawk breath.

What carburator(s) can I use on a Studebaker 289 v-8 engine that will fit the Studebaker 4 barrel manifold?

The 1963 Stude with a 4 barrel should be the Carter AFB if this is original. In that case the current Edlebrock 1406 or 1405 should be reasonably correct. These are 600 CFM units the 06 has an electric choke the 05 manual. You will probably have to fiddle the connections to linkage and fuel supply but basically it should bolt on.

I could be wrong but I think the 1405 is a 500 cfm carb and either model can have manual or electric choke. The 1406 is a good street carb that I have use a few times in the past. It's finicky with larger cams though.
