Making my own gauge

I want to make my own fuel gauge for my 83 CJ7 using led's, and i need some help setting up the lights and resistors. The output from the level sending unit is 200 mV at Full, 1 V at 1/2 tank, and 2 V at E. I would like to know how to set up the resistors and bulbs so that three green led's will light up when full, three yellow when just above 1/2 tank, and three red when approaching empty. I'm not very good at wiring, but I can read a diagram, so if you could draw me one I would really appreciate it, but at this point any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Travis
