making power with a 396

First time posting in this forum. I'm building 50 f1 ford with a IFS out of 87 Monte Carlo. I have a 396 that was given to me ( trying to use what i have ) it has a set of 454 rectangle port heads. Have a 700r4 trans and a 9" ford rearend with 373 gears. My question is what kind of hp can i get out this engine going 30 over ( don't know to much bout 396 ). Also the f1 has 4 link an airbag set with. Please help with this.

450hp should be made fairly easily.

10:1 cr, compcam 292H, headers, rpm intake, 750 holley, 3000 rpm stall should work well with the 3.73 gear and 700r.

will require domed pistons.

if the compression is low, then you could also bolt on a supercharger, but the 700r will have a tough time.
