Post Malibu Barbie Blues

OK golks. I posted this on a Malibu site, but was a tad confused by the answer.
I have a 78 Malibu wagon. The dash cluster sheet the bed. I have another cluster from a 79, but it has gauges, not a sweep speedo and idiot lights. Neither is a computer car. It physically fits, but what needs to be done? Change senders? Is the gauge imprint the same? Do I need to change the pins on the main cannon plug?

CarGuy, you have this year and type stuff, any ideas?

CARGUY, that had to be rough to have somebody steal your ride. How pist were you? I still think it looks sweet I'd love to put a nose like that on my wagon. It just isn't a priority!

Once again, this thread shows me how cool it is to hang out here. being color blind, I'll have my trusty helper (Daughter kelsey) work on this with me. I am sure she wants to do this instead of hangin' at the Mall
Thanks guys for all your help!
