i suggest u look back 75 yrs and see the working conditions a company put its worker through.. i have worked on both sides of this.. union member and first line management. u treat your people fairly and u get a ton of work from them.. treat them like a dog and u get bit.. unions made a big difference in conditions, pay and benefits.. yes sometimes things went to far. my father worked the coal mines in PA and he told me stories i don't think u'd like to work in.. he got a trade and left...
