Master cylinder and booster

I have a 39 Ford delux coupe with a 78 Lincoln rear end W/disc brakes and 78 camero disc brakes up front. I plan to go with a 7" powerbooster under the floor. My question is do I go with a 1" mastercylinder or a 1 1/8" MC.
If I go to the junk yard which cars should I be searching for?
Thank you for your time
Jim
