Matrix System Paint

I am thinking of going with Matrix System Paint for my first paintjob this summer. I have found some opinions on the clears on this site, but not much on the base...

First off - I would be going with Matrix Premium Basecoat and MS-42 Clear, all over MP-120 Primer/Sealer...

I am looking for any opinions from anyone who has used any or all of the products, or others in the Matrix line....thanks alot...

Also, the only online prices I can find are for Kits that use the cheap basecoat and clear (ms52, etc..)...Anyone know what a gallon of metallic blue Premium Base will cost me?

Have not used it. I like the fact that Matrix bases are 'ready to spray' though, no Isocyanates!

thanks for the reply...yea I know the base has no ISOs, that will certainly make it more healthy for me to sray since I will be using a respirator only - I am not about to pay $300-400 for a fresh air system considering this will be the only car I ever paint...

still looking for anyone that has used Matrix stuff tho....
