Well, it's the second win in a row for Only Racing with his Pro-Street Daytona :thumbup: & checking the leaderboard, the race is definitely on! I'm gonna have to come up with something special this month to stop you guys running away with it... :D

Gentlemen, I look forward to seeing what we all come up with.

Entries are to be posted in this thread & the closing date will be 26th May at midnight or there abouts. The poll will then be opened & run until roughly midnight on 31st May.


I would just like to point out that I shall be on holiday from 28th May until 13th July & possibly unable to join in the June round. (I'm off to Thailand!)
I would therefore like to ask if any of you could take the reins for June & also begin the July bout.
Plenty of time as yet - over three weeks, so take your time.
Trouble is, if nobody steps up, there'll probably be no June/July competitions.
If anyone could help out, please PM me.

I've been doing a little thinking (yeah, yeah, I know... :D ) and I reckon it would be a good idea to introduce another 'rule' to the contest - that is, no voting for your own work.
It should make it interesting.

Whaddya think, guys?




While on the subject of rules, I'd like to re-cap.


1. One contest per month with 4-5 days poll at the end
2. The subject car is the one to be rodded
3. The winner chooses the subject for the next round
4. The winner gains one point on the scoreboard
5. Polls are open to all forum members of Hotrodders
6. Contestants may not vote on their own entry
7. Each contestant may submit an unlimited number of entries

How's that look?

LMAO, some funny stuff, most of you know I mainly do photo manipulation not real illustration like most of you. I thought I had the perfect shot, but I don't, my bad, it's the wrong angle for me at least. This may have to be the first one I do illustrated.

Is ok to do more than one??? I was thinking about doing a 60's stock car also. :confused:

Job, I'd love to try and draw it, but again, the damage to my hands is not going to allow it as of yet. Quick rough stuff is still ossible but I'm pretty A*** retentive about it.

Okay, you can submit as many entries as you like, as long as you all keep with the subject.

After all, it's the pic that's voted for & it gives you more chances of winning.


The only problem would be that some participants may only have the time to do one drawing & may feel, as a result, that it's unfair.

Thoughts?

Simple fix Job is to put them together, so only it's two pics combined and only one vote, dunno if you could do it though
