whats a good price for mediablasting a truck frame?

Try your local rental shop and rent the compressor and sandblast pot. They should also sell the media for it or get it from your local auto supplier. Shouldn't cost you any more than $250.00 . See what they're weekend rate is. there is alot of privately owned rental shops that will only charge you a one day rental for sat. and sun as long as you only put eight hours on the compressor(hour meter). So don't let it run if you are not using it. Good luck!

Here in b.c. I will blast a frame down to bare white metal for $200 to $300 bucks,depending on how stripped down and clean it is when brought in.
Costs extra for undercoating removal as well as suspension parts/axles still bolted to it. Most people tell me it's cheaper than renting and doing it themselves.
