Thanks Bro. It takes time like everything. That wagon you got there is SWEET! I love 60's wagons.
Whats the look you going for? I showed my wife your table, which she thought was beautiful BTW, and said what's that! In regards to the wagon. LOL!
So the engine; lot of thought went into that.
First it was a Toyota 7AF then a Volvo 740-T then a Kawasaki ZX-10R then a Type-4(that I'm still on the fence about) but I'm going with a type-1.
Installing a water cooling system was the biggest issue. Seemed like such a hack job to get one in and hope it works correctly; I lost interest.
To keep it cool I'm going to retain the stock type-1 air cooling system and install a 6 Qt. dry sump system, tank in the front.
I'm installing one oil cooler in the front behind the skirt and one above the tranny w/fan plumed to the scavenge circuit on it's way to the tank.
But a Rally prepped Ghia with a Rotary, that would be fun!
