hi Ed,how goes it in the fun hot-rod world ?I was reading the post sent in by sixtigers on gear-drive/damper install...got me thinking,what are your thoughts on short w/pump vs long w/pump ? seems almost everyone uses the long pump and I was wondering if there is a cooling advantage over the short pump...I need the extra room in my S10 for clearance issues...It came with the long set-up,although I do know I must keep short pulleys with the short pump and likewise with the long...since I have to remedy a mis-aligned w/p pulley anyway,why not change it all over to short and get some much needed room ??am I on the right track or should I just correct what I have?? Im getting ready to start seriously on the truck since Im finished with all of the surgeries on my ankle and have nothing to hold me back, yaaah !!! Happy Cruisin !!
