I bought my 38 in 2004. Anyhow presently the drivetrain is done and I had it running. Now the body is getting there. I did all the work myself which has been a challenge at times. I have all the new metal in , including the new rockers ( god what a pain that was ) all 4 quarter panels and now I am redoing the rear pan. I bought all the new panels on ebay for $250 (that's 9 pieces )which was a deal ! I had done the rear but as I have gotten better at the work , and have this extra rear pan , I am starting over on the rear. Plus I bought a 39 with perfect corners so I will cut them out and replace mine with the better ones. I can hardly wait to get it done and get rid of all my extra metal ! It takes a huge amount of time !!!! But I am getting excited now because so much has been done and I can see that distant light at the end of the tunnel. My hope it just to have it in one piece by fall. At that point its wiring , body finish , paint and interior.

Power window kit ? I have a 38 Plymouth Coupe which I am going to put power windows in and eliminate the vent windows. I am wondering if anyone has done this and has any comments on which brand to go with; Balls , Electric-Life , Auto-Loc, or whom ? Also any advise or helpful comments ?
