Pete and Jakes stuff is as good as TCI ... IMHO. I always go with TCI because I have a friend who is a dealer and also a friend of Ed Moss ( owner of TCI ) ...

I get a sizeable discount price and no shipping.

I have used P&J stuff before on builds I have done for friends ( they bought the parts ... I supplied the help and labor ). It is GOOD stuff also.

I prefer a 4 bar rear suspension ... vastly over parallel leafs in the rear. The leafs are too short and you can see them.

Hi Deuce, Sounds like that Journal show is the thing. Thanks for your reply. I'm starting out with the original frame that was a 70's build. they had a GM power steering box with the drag link at about a 30 degree angle to the axle. Had bad bump steer. Also, the the axle was cut and welded. Are you happy with the TCI set up? I was gonna just call Pete and Jakes for all new front suspension. Your Take? This is my first hot rod build . Please bear with me. I have the Posie rear parallel leaf set up on the rear and Pete and Jakes center tubular crossmember and motor mounts up to this point. Thanks again, Lou
