I have it set up were I have 300lbs preload on the rear tire to help with traction. If I needed I could actually preload it more. My chassis guy has scales that he put's under the rear tire's to measure the preload. So If my car went to one side or the other at launch we can readjust. In my opinion the 4-link works better.
I'm wondering if a 4 link would work better under my s-15? The only adjustment I get with ladder bars would be in the coil overs. I need to do something to get the weight transfer over my rear axle.
I wonder, why the 4 link? Just curious as to whether a 4 link is better then a ladder bar? I was considering putting in a ladder bar suspension, so I'm comparing the two to see which would be best. So, any advantages to the 4 link? Sadly, I have to do it myself either way, just not in the budget to pay someone to do it. I'm sure yours is flawless and done right...no hack jobs on that beauty! Your Camaro is like a supermodel...pretty face and banging body! My little s-15 is like a ugly girl with a great body...aint much to look at but will run with the big boys. LOL. One day I'll be able to afford the Chevelle of my dreams.
Dude...you have to post some pics of your car. I wanted to check that camaro out...Come on! I have to ask, did you use a 4 link or ladder bar set up on the back half?
