    Do you have any other pictures of the door wood repair you would be willing to post? I am rebuilding back doors on a 36 Pontiac sedan and the wood is too far gone to pattern. The construction of your Buick is very similar. The pictures you already posted answered a bunch of questions about the curved piece, and how it attaches to the hinge pillar, but only the top half is shown.

    I am especially interested in how the original wood fit together at the bottom of the door. I know there was a flat kickboard but am not sure if there was another piece in the bottom. I dont what the bottom of the curved piece or the lock pillar looked like.

    If you have any more pictures of that old wood, it would be really helpful.

    I will get some pics up to show what I have for the Willy's.just not sure of the value and would like to get in the ballpark before I post it for sale on the classifieds here.

    Hi water cooler,bought the Willy's to fix but I have a 68 galaxy and a 71 m35 a1 deuce to fix up.plus I think I'm like you addicted to guns.like your pick,is that a 1917 colt?. I had a browning with a crank fire that just about broke the bank.it was to much fun.
