Mercedes 300ce vibration

Hi all once again I need your fantastic help with a problem, and any help will be greatly appreciated. We have an '88 Mercedes Benz 300ce that has a vibration when the car is in a forward gear at a stop only (non in reverse. neutral or park). It also has a trans fluid drip that looks to be coming from the front seal on the trans main shaft.
All the mounts look good (engine and trans). Could it be the torque converter or trans main shaft?
Thanks for your help again. Shawn

Gets worse as the rpms rise i take it?

It could be the converter, at least i think, not 100% sure, but i would think that it could cause that problem.
