messed up tach, need help

I was pulling the tack plate of my 76 trans am to get at clock. and i screwed up the little wire the needle sits on. I've been trying to bend it back so it works but i have no luck. Can anyone help?

its the opin that the needle stsin and not an electrical wire right? you may beanle to straighten it with tweezers or small needle nose pliars it'll be time consuming to get it perfect though.

the problem with it is that it's balanced. It's gotta be balanced just right other wise it doesn't work. Does anyone know where to get replacement stuff.
