Metal dent removal video

Sup pepoz.. Im Getting very interested in metal working. Im looking for a video that will give me a good understanding of removing dents without bondo. Iv got Covells Basic Techniques for working with steel. It did'nt really teach me much. SO pretty much just a video for shrinking techniques. Hammer and dolly techniques. Id like a video or maybe a book . I think you get the point any info?

"The Key to Metal Bumping"

available through eastwoodco...I thought it was a great book.

also of interest is the Chiltons manual on bodyworking.

I picked up a book by Ron Fornier, but I wasn't too impressed. I think the best way to learn this stuff is to get the tools needed and just have at it, learn as you go.

In my opinion, working with metal is more of an art-form than a precision thing like rebuilding motors. You can read all of the books, and watch the videos...attend seminars, but unless you have beaten on a piece of steel, you aren't going to know what the hell is going on.
