Metric to english conversion question
I just purchased a 92 Chevy 1500 pick up in Canada and the instrument cluster is all metric. If I replace the entire instrument cluster with an english unit will everything read correctly? Do I have to replace other items?

Are you going to replace the gauges or just the gauge face with an aftermarket face? just like the speedo. it runs off of a tranny gear and some, maybe most vehicles have MPH and KPH, so just a face change may work. I would call your local GM dealer and see what they say. Keep us posted. Interesting question.
