Metropolitian engine swap

We have reciently purchased a 1960 Metropolitian for my wife's part of our two car collection. It has a Pinto 2000 Ford automatic and rear end. Chevy S10 disc brakes have been fitted to the front. I believe the stock steering is still in the car and a little sloppy. What are members experience with Metropolitain's. We also have a 37 Ford two door touring sedan (humpback) with a ZZ4 chev and 700R4 Automatic.
