Microsequence pearl or flake?
I want to shoot a microsequence pearl or a flake over black basecoat...I've heard someone say .004 flake looks really good...How big is microsequence pearl compared to a .004 flake? My second question is, I want to shoot it similar to a 3 stage...shoot basecoat first, then shoot a single 'drop' coat with the flake or pearl mixed with binder...my goal is to appear black at all times of the day and only have a small hint of sparkle...Can anyone post pics of various pearl and flake paint jobs...thanks...

check out metalflakecorp.com they will send you a chip book for $25 or call them at 1 800 227 2683 they can answer all your questions. I buy pearls and flakes in dry form and add them to my candys or clears then its up to you [tip size,air pressure,distance,dust or dont dust technique!!!
