If you are talking Mighty Wipers - not from the company web site. You still call them and talk to a real person though there may be some on Ebay from individuals. I'm using one though it did come with some pain - one feed wire broke inside the assembly, but it was long after warranty. I was able to repair it and am using it. It does seem to be a well built product after repairs - mine might just have been from a Monday after a long weekend.

As a suggestion, get one with a long shaft, especially if you don't know exactly how long is needed. While not a simple job to shorten, it's heluva lot easier to do that then lengthen the shaft - and one of the things done when doing my repair.
