MII coil over vs airbag

I have a 35 Ford with Air Tech air bag rear suspension and stock MII front. I want to upgrade front MII with either coil over from Heidts or Air Tech air bags for better ride in this god awful system we call roads in DC. Would the coil over be adequate or should I bite the bullet and install air bags in front to complement the rear air. Main consideration is cost.

Steve, don't have any experience with air bags, but like my coil overs. I hope you go with the airbags and let me know how you like them.
