missing

I have always have a small mis at about 4000 revs with twin 465 tunnel ram and is still there,if i put accelerator down smoothly it doesnt happens it pull to 6200 with no problem it only happens if i nail it ,?????

hi it is i miss i have have no hesitation at all .To stop hesitation off the line we have set the accelerate pump with the throttle wide open this stopped bogging

If it only happens when you nail it I'd have to say there's probably a lean stumble when the secondaries are opening. If this is the case you could try raising the fuel level inthe secondary fuel bowls for a faster fuel flow to the boosters.

If it's a lean stumble at a steady 4000rpm cruize this would mean the jetting needs to be upped a couple sizes. What powervalves are you running? What's the total engine parts combo? Are these vacume secondary carbs? Bob
