missing fitting

I got this '49 Ford F-5 Cab-over- truck, fixing the brakes, .....was taken apart by the former owner a couple years ago, and I seem to have lost some parts.... I need to know what kind of fitting goes on the master cylinder ? Now it has 3 lines near the end of the M C , all 1/4'' inverted flare ends, and all postioned VERY close to the M C . So, I'm thinking some kind of 4 way fitting ???????? also where does the stop lite switch go ? I assume it had one....

You should have a 5 way brass splitter that goes in the aft end of the master cylinder. This is where the brake light switch goes along with our 3 lines.. If you need one I think joblotauto.com has them.
