Missing TCC Connector

I need your help! I have a 1990 Chevy 1500 2wd Step side that I purchased 2 months ago. The previous owner took out the original 700r4 and replaced it with a 350 turbo with a 9 inch long tail. That trans was shot at the time of purchase and would only go in reverse. I have decided to put a 700r4 back in the truck that came from a 1990 Camaro, but I have one problem. The TCC Connector was cut off and discarded during the trans swap. The wires are still there but the connector is missing. I am in need of the connector that plugs into the trans and a diagram tat shows me how to connect it. If anyone can be of assistance I would be greatly appreciative.
Thanks,
Lance

GM can get you the connector if you go to the parts counter of a Chevy dealership

Thanks for the reply. I went to the GM Dealership yesterday and they informed me that they no longer make the connector. They only have the part that is in the trans not the part that plugs into the trans.

A junkyard would have it, if you can't find it elsewhere.. you could call Dons automotive mall in Binghamton Ny, he ships everywhere and probably has it

As noted above, you can get the connector at a wrecking yard from pretty much any 700R4 or 200-4R trans from the 1980s. You can also buy the connector and pins new from Waytek Wire:

http://order.waytekwire.com/IMAGES/M...og/220_033.pdf

You want the 4-square connector.

700r4 Shifter Linkage.

You were all very helpful when I neeeded the TCC Connecter and now I have one more issue with the trans. I need a shifter linkage for a 1990 Chevy Stepside 2wd automatic with a 700r4 trans. I dont know what this part looks like or where to get one for my vehicle. Can any of you be of assistance. My truck has been sitting for over 1 month and it has come down to this in order to get it on the road. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Unless your using a aftermarket floor shifter you're going to have to get the column shifter linkage from the junkyard or Aftermarket company like Shiftworks.com, Lokar etc. May check EBay, search for shift or 700R4 shifter linkage.
