Hi I have had this machine 12 years and know very little about it, do know that it was used on an army contract to sew vinyl to 1/4'' plywood without predrilling any holes and does 2800 stitches per minute. It has been very good and is still running like a champ. Just wondering how old it is and if I could find a repair and threading manual on it, my husband messed with it once and he is now under a threat of death if he ever touches it again. Only thing I have bought for it in those 12 years are a foot and this week a new table. Will be taking it down to Golfito Costa Rica tomorrow and doing the interior of a 44' Hatterous(yes a large fishing Boat). Been upholstering for 15 years now, sewing for to many years to name. LOL Thanks All

The Mitsubishi DU 105 is another clone of the Singer 111W. IT is more likely over 20 and probably 30 years old. Nothing wrong with that, those older machines were real;ly built.
